What personal data we collect
Appetiser download
When you download the free Appetiser, we collect your first name and email address. This data is stored securely via Kit (our email service provider) and used to deliver the PDF and, with your consent, send occasional emails about contAIn.
Legal basis: consent.
Activator purchase via Stripe
When you purchase the Activator, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and transaction record so we can deliver your purchase and handle support queries. We do not store your card details.
Legal basis: performance of contract.
Controller waitlist
If you join the Controller waitlist, we collect your name and email address so we can notify you when the Controller launches.
Legal basis: consent.
Enterprise enquiry
If you submit an enterprise enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, role, email, and a description of your requirements so we can respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: consent.
Analytics (GA4)
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. This includes anonymised data about pages visited, interactions, and device type. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.

Who we share data with
