The Origin Story
Hi everyone and welcome to contAIn. My name is Samantha (Sam). I have over 30 years' experience delivering large-scale, multi-industry projects internationally — Dubai Airports, Mubadala, Barclays, and Masjid Al Haram, Makkah among others.
And I still managed to get AI horribly wrong. I didn't even set out to create an AI methodology, it evolved through trial and error and making every mistake there is. There was no rule book to follow so I had to create one. contAIn is a strategic methodology that gives YOU the layer that directs AI — so that any AI platform, application or agent you use, now or in the future, works toward the outcome YOU'VE defined.
It was designed out of necessity when a £37,000 bill for property works landed just before Christmas 2025, and I started using AI to process the mass amount of emails and documents. It's built on real failures, hundreds of sessions and hours going round in circles. Nothing is theoretical. The hundreds of hours, sleepless nights and anxiety are testament to that, but here we are out the other end.
It is quite simply 30 years of project management experience and months of pain, distilled into a methodology which, if applied across your business, will save you time, real money, and quite possibly your sanity. I'm hoping you can save those hundreds of hours by not making the same mistakes I did.

It started with outrage at what I was seeing in the market. Moved to the chaos of trying to solve it. Found the system inside that chaos. Then turned the system into something other people could use.

What contAIn actually is
contAIn is not a prompt library, a tool tutorial, a "how to use ChatGPT" course. Nor is it a playbook for how you use AI to find you cheap flights, make you a gazillionaire overnight, or whatever the flavour of the week is. It is the system you build around the way YOU work, and think, so that any platform, tool, application or agent you use now or in the future works toward the outcome you defined. Not the outcome the algorithm defaulted to. Your vision.
contAIn works differently for every person because every person IS different. The system you build will never look exactly like anyone else's. It will look like you. This is not a feature — it is the point.
